Can We Get Another Newcrest, or Several?

Can we get more empty Sims 4 worlds like Newcrest?  

I found that posted to Reddit while I was in the middle of digging for ways to have more empty worlds in the Sims4. I've seen people posting ideas like this before. 

I'd really like this too. Not via a mod but an option to create empty worlds in the base game. Most of the packs I've bought have been for a new world to load Sims into. There are so many homeless Sims and I just don't like leaving them wandering around, I feel I must fix them. It takes a lot of time to do this. It's annoying and yet I just feel I must do it. Even if I try not to. 

I have built a commune sort of lot which works better now that For Rent is out. I can have 6 households of 8 Sims on one lot now. That works better than just 8. Still... sometimes I get frustrated and just delete them! I feel bad, but... I just don't want all that responsibility. 

Anyway, wouldn't it be great to have a few more versions of Newcrest?

All EA would need to do it plonk down empty lots, maybe 2 or 3 dozen, and then fill in backgrounds and give them some collectible plants and rocks to pick over. Stuff like that. It could be a kit, the blank worlds kit. Available for $6.99 with 3 new blank worlds to take over. World domination Sims style. 

Think about it, if you could start a completely fresh world, no need to adjust or fix anything... wouldn't that be nice to move your freshly created Sims into? Of course, it would have all the features from all the packs, kits, etc you own. But, in the background. You could make it a Forever Home for your Sims.
