What Can you Build Under your Stairs?

 A pool, a laundry room, a reading room...?

I don't build a lot. Even when I do I skip the clutter and try to make a space that's practical. So I like these ideas for making use of that under the stairs space. Maybe... #Sims4Builds 

Will any of this work without using TOOLS. I don't use TOOLS. 

I wonder if this would keep Sims from getting stuck in that space. I expect it could just make it worse, they would have something to draw them there versus when there is nothing. Still, its an experiment worth trying.
